Dr. Vaughn N. Gay is a licensed professional counselor and veteran practitioner in the field of mental health with nearly two decades of clinical expertise. He has spent the majority of his career assisting teens, adolescents, and their families - providing more than 10,000 therapy sessions in clinical, academic, and community settings across metro Atlanta.
Over the past decade, Dr. Vaughn has collaborated with numerous organizations to conduct seminars and workshops on various mental health topics. These include the Small Business Association, Lockheed Martin, the 100 Black Men of America, the Atlanta Hawks, and Bermuda DCFS.
In addition to providing private therapy and consultations, Dr. Vaughn currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Morehouse School of Medicine, a Senior Behavioral Health Specialist at Children's Hughes Spalding Hospital, and the clinical supervisor for Healthcare & Emergency Solutions.
